Ella did a one hour Ninja challenge which required her to:
- focus – eye contact for 8 seconds
- spin – 3x left, 3x right
- target front foot (touch)
- balance on a solid platform and a moving platform
- over a bar, under a chair
- tie all of the skills together
- and bow at the end!
She received a certificate and headband at the end of the class; but she wasn’t particularly fond of her new ninja headband.
